Opening Session
- Workshop
was opened by chairman of the Group - Prof.
Stanislaw Oszczak. He welcomed all invited guests, members of the Group
and all present persons.
- Next
Rector of the University of Warmia and Mazury Prof. Ryszard Gorecki took floor. He presented a short lecture
about the University and welcomed all participants.
- On
behalf of President of Olsztyn Mr
Andrzej Podstawski presented a welcomed letter addressed to all
participants of the Workshop.
- On
behalf of Principal Land Surveyor of Warmia and Mazury Voivodship Dr.
Cezary Czyzewski presented a welcomed letter addressed to all
participants of the Workshop.
- President
of CEI WGST “Geodesy” Prof.
Janusz Sledzinski took the floor. He presented welcome speech dedicated
to all members and participants of the Workshop.
- Finally
Prof. Lubomir W. Baran on behalf
of Polish Academy of Sciences welcomed all present persons and wished
fruitful debate.

This session was devoted to Satellite System for Navigation and
Monitoring of a Vehicle, called OLMAP, created in the Chair of Satellite Geodesy
and Navigation - University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Lecture concerning
system of navigation and monitoring was given by Prof.
Stanislaw Oszczak, from University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. (S. Oszczak, M. Bakula, M.
Walawski)
After
the lecture and introducing to the system a practical demonstration was
presented by the team of Chair of Satellite Geodesy and Navigation (S. Oszczak,
M. Bakula, M. Walawski, R. Baryla, A. Ciecko, R. Gregorczyk, D.

This session was devoted to the System called ATR Track – Real Time
Tracking System, developed at the University of Bydgoszcz. Lecture concerning
the Tracking System was given by Prof.
Janusz Kwiecien form University of Bydgoszcz. (J.
Kwiecien, S. Bujnowski, Z. Mathia).
Next
part of the session was devoted to the System for Fleet Monitoring. As well the
System was presented by Prof. Janusz
Kwiecien and after a shot introducing to the system a practical
demonstration was presented by the team of University of Bydgoszcz (J.
Kwiecien, S. Bujnowski, Z. Mathia).
